Great quality and I like the fact you can send old items back to be recycled!

Ordered on 20th April from Ireland and still not arrived. Only generic it's on it way emails and automated response and no facility to open customer care chat.

Excellent quality clothing. Sustainable packaging. Great eco credentials.

Helen was exceptionally helpful when I contacted the company with some queries regarding an order.

In addition, I've been fortunate enough to visit the factory with the SEN children I support. Everyone was welcoming and it was great to see the business is operation.

Customer service really helpful when I messed my order up. They even upgraded my delivery free of charge. Thanks Emily and the team!

Top company, top service, high quality

Emily could not have been more helpful, she was extremely responsive and from speaking with her on the Thursday lunchtime, I had a parcel delivered on the Saturday. I have always thought highly of Rapanui and enjoyed wearing/using there products. This was a charity donation for which we are extremely appreciative.

Excellent service. I have used Rapanui for several years. Excellent clothes in organic cotton, with the opportunity to return clothes that can be made into new products rather than ending up in landfill in Africa.

Love everything about this company - from their ethos to the clothes they produce, even their customer service is great. I ordered t-shirts for a holiday but then realised they would not arrive in time - got in touch and my order was immediately prioritised. Tees wash amazingly and it’s great being able to get such high-quality, ethically produced clothing at such a relatively low price! Will continue to recommend to family/friends :)

I just wanted to thank you so much for all the clothing I've bought from you over the past few months. I have always cared about sustainable fashion and have worn natural materials; but recently my skin became very sensitive to wearing some fibres such as wool and I had to rethink my entire wardrobe. Your clothing has literally been a lifeline for me since that time and now makes up about 90% of everything I wear. I love how practical and well made they are, as well as being very reasonably priced; and I especially love the range of beautiful colours to choose from.

To me, when I wear Rapanui, I don't just wearing clothes, I wear a philosophy. A lifestyle. These are clothes that not only fit, look and feel absolutely wonderful; but they make my heart feel good too. Fantastic company, so helpful, I needed a surfer towel for a 60th birthday present, but forgot to do the next day delivery, I messaged them and the lovely Emily has upgraded the postage so I will receive it in time, at no extra cost!
